The company Sunday Legend s.r.o. with its registered office at Na Folimance 2155/15, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 107 57 457 (hereinafter also "We"), as the personal data controller, informs you as a user of the website www.nastastnemkopci.cz about the collection of personal data and privacy policies described below.

Scope of personal data processing

When you contact us via the website, you may be asked to fill in certain personal data about yourself. This data may include, in particular:

  3. Telephone number

Purpose of processing

We use the data you provide to contact you back and provide you with the information you have requested from us, or for the purposes of making a reservation and fulfilling the accommodation contract. All personal data is processed lawfully and transparently and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of the processing is required.

The provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and the provision of personal data for the purpose of answering your questions or requesting information is our contractual requirement, and failure to provide them may result in the failure to conclude the contract or to provide a response to your questions.

Who has access to your personal data

We, as the controller, will process your personal data. Personal data may be transferred to:

  1. External accountants

  2. To processors who provide the Intermediary with server, web, cloud or IT services.

  3. A provider of a technical solution for the reservation system for the purpose of maintenance and checking the correct functionality of the system

Period of processing personal data

We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide you with our services or fulfill a mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act.

Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

In relation to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:

  1. The right to access personal data

  2. The right to correction

  3. The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

  4. The right to restriction of data processing

  5. The right to object to processing

  6. The right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data.

You can exercise all your rights by contacting us at the e-mail address ​chaty@nastastnemkopci.cz. You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

The right of access means that you can at any time request our confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are made available, how long we will process them, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, where we obtained the personal data and whether automated decision-making, including possible profiling, is taking place based on the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision being free of charge, and for subsequent provision the Provider may then request reasonable payment of administrative costs.

The right to rectification means that you can ask us at any time to correct or supplement your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if

  1. It is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed

  2. The processing is unlawful

  3. You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or

  4. We are required to do so by law.

The right to restriction of processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only store it and, where appropriate, use it for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

The right to object means that you can object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or on the grounds of legitimate interest. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

This Privacy Policy is effective from 1 August 2023.
